Stayed here for one night after a gig at the o2 academy. 10/10 for location, only a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the academy and about a 10/15 minute walk from the station. Staff were very friendly and check in was very quick. Room was clean and tidy although could do with a bit of a refurb but can’t complain for the price we paid. Only down side I will say is the toilet is in a tiny closet separate from the shower and sink other than that we definitely got an absolute bargain. The man at reception even found us additional pillows at 1am. Did not eat there but they did advertise that pizza was available to order from the hotel kitchen 24/7. Would definitely stay here again!!

The room was as advertised, clean, basic, priced accordingly. Facilities were good, parking is easy, and the place is perfectly located to attend a gig at O2 Academy - a 2 minute walk at most. Best thing about this place is the staff - welcoming, helpful and friendly, and I must say a really massive thank you to Sam, what a brilliant guy. I came down in the morning to find a puncture had left my tyre totally flat. He came out and helped me sort the situation, and wouldn't accept anything in return. He really did save the day for my daughter and I, and we are so grateful. Thanks again Samuel, what a legend !

although it was compact , the bunk bed was over the double bed , oh my did we have a comfortable nights sleep!! my mate, who usually is an early riser to the point she gets up around 6.30 even on a weekend woke up at 9. she wanted to smuggle the mattress out of the room as it was the best night's sleep she'd had. ideally located for gigs at the 02 academy. too. delicious pizza served 24 hours as well . very clean too.. for £49 it was cheap but definitely cheerful

Never stayed in a budget hotel before and I am not sure we will repeat it. The hotel itself was cute, but you could tell it was 'budget'. For a family of 3 the room was a bit small I believe, the parking was charged separately and the breakfast options were very basic. For the same money we could have selected another hotel with higher standards, but we thought we'd try this one. Not sorry necessarily, but honest opinion and probably not happening again.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes away on foot from the New Street train station. Moreover, the place is near all the main attractions of the city. The staff was very kind: the checkin and checkout were fast and efficient. The room was clean and there were all the necessities: towels, soap, plastic cups and a additional covers. The hotel is perfect for a short stay and the value for money is great for what you get.
